The Seville Harbour complex where both restaurants are located overlooks beautiful Pensacola Bay. We are a walk-in only restaurant, with a Florida casual dress code. The park, formerly known as Premier Adventure Park, added its Caribbean restaurant and tiki bar in 2020 when it rebranded itself as Laguna’s. Now the site offers beachfront seating, Caribbean-inspired entrees and a myriad of drink options to go along with the park’s ropes courses, zip trails, go-karts and more. Folks liked what we were doing, so in 2002 we decided to welcome sister restaurant Atlas Oyster House to the family. With a massive school of bluefin tuna on top, the crew aboard the Flat Dangerous went into the fight with only four baits and got the bite of a lifetime on the last bait, landing an 888-pound bluefin tuna. The Fish House and Atlas Oyster House are located at 600 South Barracks Street in downtown Pensacola, just steps away from the historic Seville neighborhood.
